Charlotte is a versatile, entrepreneurial business leader who brings operational rigour, commercial instinct and a track record of building and scaling companies from the ground up. With a background in law and human resource management, she combines legal and commercial awareness with the practical skills needed to start a business, build teams and drive growth. Charlotte is passionate about creating the structures and processes that allow talented people to do their best work. She understands that a great product needs a great business behind it.

In late 2025, Charlotte co-founded Interrupt22. As Finance & Operations Director, she is responsible for financial planning and control, contracts and compliance, communications, workflow and team-building. She ensures the commercial and operational foundations of the business are robust enough to support rapid growth. Charlotte also has oversight of grant applications and awards, and brings her HR expertise to all aspects of people strategy as the company scales.

In addition to co-founding Interrupt22, Charlotte owns and runs T.C. Morris, a company in the food manufacturing industry. Since taking over the business, she has scaled it ten-fold, increased production capacity by 150% and significantly diversified the customer portfolio. Charlotte also serves as an executive director in two further start-ups in the mental health and home interiors space, and has previously started and sold businesses in the HR and beauty industries. She is currently completing her foundation degree in counselling and psychotherapy at Staffordshire University.
